  • NO, Mediloop is not a pharmacy. It is a hyperlocal platform that connects users to pharmacies in their neighborhood. Please do due diligence about the pharmacy you select for ordering medicine.
  • Can I use Mediloop for emergency/urgent medical needs?
  • NO, please do not use Mediloop for any emergency/urgent medical needs. Visit your nearest hospital or call 108 for immediate needs.
  • Am I "user" or "pharmacy"?
  • User: Everyone who wants to order medicine from pharmacy.
    Pharmacy: A licensed firm who can legally sell medicines.
  • How does Mediloop work for user?
  • 1. Upload a prescription
    2. Add address
    3. Upload a prescription
    4. Place order
    5. Pharmacy will confirm your order with bill and delivery date/time
    6. Get medicine delivered at your chosen address
  • How does Mediloop work for pharmacy?
  • Send us a request to receive your activation code. Once you receive the code, you can create profile. Start receiving orders from customers in your neighborhood.
  • Is it compulsory to have prescription for all the orders?
  • It is not compulsory to have prescription for all orders but if your medicines requires prescription, then you must have it and you are also liable to show the hard/paper copy of prescription and your photo ID.
  • What kind of medicines are restricted to order on Mediloop?
  • Unfortunately you can’t use the application for ordering “Schedule X” medicines. For ordering Schedule H and H1 medicine you have to compulsorily show your hard/paper copy of prescription with photo ID.
  • How can I place an order?
  • You can place an order in 2 ways. You can either use “Order Now” button from the Main Menu, or you can use “Place Order” button from prescription > Prescription Details tab.
    For ordering Schedule H and H1 medicine you have to compulsorily show your hard copy of prescription with photo ID.
  • Is my order confirmed once I place it?
  • Once you place an order you will receive confirmation from pharmacy with bill and delivery date/time. Order is not confirmed till you receive the bill.
  • How can I cancel my order?
  • You can cancel your order anytime before it is delivered. You can also return the medicine if you are not satisfied with the quality. NO, questions asked.
  • Why can’t I see any pharmacy to select while placing an order?
  • Select pharmacy tab only gets active after entering address.
  • How can I upload prescriptions?
  • You can upload a prescription by clicking on “Add prescription” button from Prescription Menu. You can either use your camera or upload it from your smart phone image gallery.
  • How can I find a pharmacy?
  • You can find a local pharmacist by clicking on pharmacy tab from main menu where you can search for pharmacies based on your current location
  • Will I get promotional e-mail, if I provide my e-mail ID?

  • How can I change my role?
  • You can change your role by following below steps:
    1. Go to setting
    2. Go to general Settings
    3. Click on top most button which says change role.
    4. Select your role.
    5. You will be directed to splash screen.

  • You can contact pharmacy by calling on their phone number.
  • How can I contact the platform/application developers?
  • You can contact us by:
    1. Click on setting.
    2. Click on Contact Us.
    3. Fill the form and send it to us.
    4. We will review your issue and reach back to you within 24 hours on your email.
  • Do I need to pay something for using the application?
  • No its a free application for both user and pharmacy.
  • Why can’t I see any pharmacy to select while placing an order?

  • Will my prescription be automatically saved if I only upload while placing an order?
  • Yes, your order will automatically get saved with default prescription name and no details if you only uploaded while placing order.
  • Why should a user use this app?
  • 1. Get medicine delivered fast from local pharmacy.
    2. Store all prescription on a single application at a single place.
    3. Search and get information about pharmacies nearby.
    4. Keep records of all the Orders you placed with bill details.
  • Why should a pharmacist use the application?
  • 1. To store prescriptions of all the orders they completed, which is required by Law.
    2. To get an online presence in this competitive market.
    3. To increase their sales and maintain customer relationship
